Onojighofia Frances Oliko

Onojighofia Frances Oliko (Mrs.), holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, as well as a Bachelor of Education (B. ED) English from the University of Benin. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004 and since then has been a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Lagos. She is also a member of Council of Renewable Energy, Nigeria (CREN) and currently the Legal Adviser of the Women In Renewable Energy Association (WIRE-A). She is a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).

Ono as she is fondly called, has over 20 years of experience in Administration, Corporate Governance and Legal Practice. She worked with Bafin Publishers Limited, as Administrative Manager, and after her call to the Nigerian Bar, worked with Sanusi, Akinrimisi and Co, Legal Practitioners, as Legal Associate. She also worked with Clifford M. Smith and Co, Legal Practitioners, as one of their Senior Counsel.

Subsequently, wanting a feel of the corporate world, she joined Odili Okechukwu and Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants as Manager; Compliance and Corporate Secretarial Services. Presently, she is the Principal Partner in FOMO and Associates, a firm of Legal Practitioners.

Ono is a stickler for integrity and honesty, her two-fold pillars upon which her entire life and career have been built over the years.
