Adeola Olabamiji holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the prestigious University of Ilorin. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2015. Adeola began active legal practice with the Firm of Macmillan Francis & Co. in 2015 where she got exposed to all kinds of commercial transactions.

In 2016, she joined the Firm of Taiwo Adegbe & Co. where she was tremendously exposed to Real Estate transactions and Land documentation processes as well as resolution of legal issues in documentation of land titles. She also handled regulatory compliance matters, particularly by engagements with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

In 2019, she joined the firm of Felix Ogunmade & Co where her Arbitration and litigation skills were sharpened. She gained and embraced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms as she helped to resolve with ease and to the happiness of Clients, many civil and commercial disputes – by way of mediation skills and advocacy at Arbitration. At Felix Ogunmade & Co., her zeal for Matrimonial Causes Matter was ignited.

Adeola is presently a partner in the firm of Veritas & Caritas LP and has been in active Legal Practice till date. Adeola’s core practice direction is in Matrimonial Causes Matters, Corporate/Commercial transactions, Real Estate and ADR.
