She specializes and has depth of experience in Intellectual Property, Media and Technology, Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Advisory, Corporate Governance, Realty and other Corporate Law Practice. Olaide has provided robust legal advisory to both local and international clients in various sectors of the economy and in different capacities

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association, International Trademark Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and a Registered Compliance Officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

She served on the Executive Committee of the Capital Market Solicitors Association of Nigeria as Social and Welfare Secretary 2021-2022, she served in the Law Week Committee 2022 – 2023. She is currently serving as a member under the Nigeria Bar Association Finance Committee 2023
