How to generate your receipt if you paid in the bank

Please note that this page is reserved for only those who made manual payments for their branch due and insurance fees for year 2021.

This does not apply to payments for 2022. All payments for 2022 are to be made using the portal.

To manually generate a receipt, kindly follow the following steps

1. Visit https://portal.nbalagos.ng to create an account
2. Create an account
3. Verify your email address (Very important)
4. Close the tab and access this page https://nbalagos.ng/resources/manual/
5. Fill the form and submit
6. Your manual payments shall be processed within 14 days.
7. You shall receive an email once your payment is confirmed and you shall be granted full access to the dashboard.

Please note the following

• Kindly ensure that all information entered in the manual payment entry form is correct and legible.
• Kindly ensure that all uploaded documents are clear and readable
• Incorrect submissions shall not be processed.
• Please note that it might take more than 14 days to process manual submissions.
